An 18K gold cased keywind open-faced pocket watch with unsigned jewelled lever movement, the white enamelled dial with black Roman hour numerals and subsidiary seconds, the gilt metal inner case detailed 'Ancre 15 Rubis No. 7464', the case back interior detailed 'K18', total weight 37.4g, case diameter 3.7cm, with winding key.
