An Omega Constellation Automatic Chronometer 18ct gold circular cased gentleman's wristwatch, Ref. 1685004, circa 1966, the signed and jewelled 561 caliber movement numbered '24484235', the signed silvered dial with gilt baton hour markers, centre seconds and date aperture, the signed case back interior numbered '1685004' above '314248', the screw case back with Constellation emblem, Birmingham 1966, case diameter 3.5cm, on an Omega brown leather strap and buckle.
