A Rolex Chronometer 18K gold circular cased gentleman's wristwatch, Ref. 4221, circa 1944, the signed and jewelled superbalance manual wind movement numbered '11392', the signed silvered dial with applied gilt Roman numeral and dot hour markers and subsidiary seconds, the signed case back interior detailed '18K 0,750' and numbered '4221', the case back numbered '270329', case diameter 3.4cm, on a black leather strap with Rolex buckle.
