Photographic illustrations, 2 colour illustrations, signed by the pilots in ink verso the front-free endpaper, loosely-inserted certificate of authenticity from The Spitfire Memorial Fund, includes 4pp. booklet ‘A Profile of Four Legendary Fighter Pilots’.
