First edition, 8vo (222 x 130mm.) 10 engraved plates by Bawtree, 5 folding, ex-libris plate mounted to front pastedown. (Lacking plan and half-title, light browning, occasional spotting, marginal loss and small tears to large folding plate, front-free endpaper with small surface tear.) Near contemporary half calf over marbled paper-covered boards, red morocco lettering piece to spine (light rubbing). Note: scarce.
