A rare Victorian silver novelty vesta case and cover in the form of a curtained Punch & Judy puppet booth, the front cast with the puppet show above a 'bottler' beating a drum, the reverse with Toby the dog biting a fleeing boy, on a circular base with stamped registration lozenge and detailed 'Leuchars & Son, 38 & 39. Piccadilly. London & 2. Rue de la Paix. Paris', London 1879 by William Leuchars, weight 148.5g, height 9cm.
