A large Regency needlework sampler by Mary Sykes Rock, Aged 7, National School Barnsley 1827, worked in coloured threads with 'A Representation of Solomon's Temple', 53cm x 52cm, framed, together with a smaller sampler of a house by the same hand, dated 1832, 21cm x 20cm, framed.
