A Patek Philippe 18K gold cased gentleman's wristwatch, Ref. 3543, circa 1970s, the signed and jewelled 23-300PM caliber manual wind movement numbered '1155908', the signed blue dial with gilt baton hour markers, with polished cushion case, the signed case back detailed '18K 0.750' above 'Ref. 35' and '26907', case width 3cm, on a Patek Philippe leather bracelet (lacking buckle).
