A late 18th/early 19th century Swiss gilt metal cased keywind open-faced quarter repeating gentleman's pocket watch, the gilt fusee movement with verge escapement, pierced and engraved balance cock and plunge repeat with hammer striking on two coiled gongs, the backplate signed 'Fres Becherat a Geneve' and numbered '2035', the white enamelled convex dial with black Roman hour numerals, the gilt metal case with embossed figural panel to back, case diameter 5.1cm.
