A 19th century Swiss mandolin music box with zither by Paillard, Vaucher, Fils & Co, the rosewood and walnut case with kingwood crossbanded borders, the lever-wind mechanism playing eight airs on a 33cm cylinder, numbered '1153' to movement, width of case 65cm.
