A late 19th century gold and garnet brooch of circular form, mounted with a circular cut garnet within a surround of six oval cut garnets, otherwise with ropetwist and chain work decoration and a beaded rim, the back glazed with a locket compartment, weight 13.4g, diameter 3.7cm, with a case.
