A pair of Japanese Satsuma earthenware two-handled bottle vases by Kusube, Meiji period, each globular body painted with opposing scenes of figures in landscapes, beneath a blue ground flared neck filled with gilt cell diaper borders, iron red and gilt signature to base, height 20.5cm (one with chip to rim), together with a pair of Japanese Imari porcelain vases, Meiji period, painted with flowers, height 24cm.
