A pair of Chinese famille rose and blue and white decorated celadon ground porcelain vases, late 19th century, each shouldered tapering body and flared neck with gilt Buddhistic lion handles, painted with polychrome birds, flowers and insects opposing blue and white ducks and lotus, embellished in gilt, height 35.3cm (one restored).
