A Persian silver mounted rectangular mirror, late 19th/early 20th century, embossed with panels of Islamic script within foliate borders, height 87cm, width 56.8cm (some faults). Provenance: the reverse applied with a paper auction catalogue description stating 'Presented to Her Late Majesty Queen Mary by the Emir of Trans-Jordan, 1937'.
