A Swiss 18K gold cased keywind open-faced gentleman's pocket watch with jewelled lever movement, the gilt dial with black Roman hour numerals, floral engraved centre and subsidiary seconds and detailed 'Raffin Geneve', gilt metal inner case, the engine turned case back detailed 'K 18' to interior, weight 43.4g, case diameter 4cm.
