A Vacheron & Constantin Genève stainless steel circular cased gentleman's wristwatch, circa 1940s, the signed and jewelled manual wind movement numbered '424678', the signed salmon pink dial with black Roman hour numerals, minute track and subsidiary seconds, the circular case with fancy lugs, the signed case back interior numbered '267822', case diameter 3.4cm, on a brown leather strap, with original Vacheron & Constantin maroon leather case.
