A James II miniature toy silver wall sconce, the backplate embossed with foliate scrolls, the centre issuing a scroll branch with turned sconce, London 1685 by George Manjoy, weight 22.7g, height 8cm. Provenance: the private collection of the late Guy and Sylvia Watkins, purchased from S.J. Shrubsole in New York. Previously in the Milntown Collection sold at Christies, 11th October 1972, Lot 90.
