A pair of Queen Anne miniature toy Britannia standard silver tankards, each with domed hinged lid, scroll thumbpiece and slightly tapered plain cylindrical body, applied with a scroll handle, London 1709 by David Clayton, total weight 53.7g, height 4.7cm. Provenance: the private collection of the late Guy and Sylvia Watkins, purchased from Kenneth Bull (New Bond Street) on 7th January 2016.
