A mid-18th century Dutch miniature toy silver inkstand, the rectangular stand fitted with a central inkwell flanked by a pounce pot and fixed candle holder, on turned feet, Amsterdam (no date letter) by Arnoldus van Geffen, weight 59.5g, length 7cm. Provenance: the private collection of the late Guy and Sylvia Watkins, purchased from Sotheby's Amsterdam, 4th November 2002, Lot 50.
