LOT 315
A 19th century Japanese miniature toy silver and parcel gilt kodansu (table cabinet), of rectangular form with gilt corner mounts, strapwork and two carrying handles, the front with hinged door enclosing three drawers, Dutch dolphin duty marks to outer case and three drawers, weight 117.3g, length 3.7cm, height 3.5cm (section of strapwork missing to one side). Provenance: the private collection of the late Guy and Sylvia Watkins.
