An 18th century Dutch miniature toy silver washstand, the stand with foliate finial above a circular frame supporting the detachable wash basin, on a barleytwist stem and tripod base, Amsterdam (no date letter and indistinct maker's mark), weight 43.3g, height 13.3cm. Provenance: the private collection of the late Guy and Sylvia Watkins.
