An 18th century Dutch miniature toy silver gilt flat iron and stand, the iron with overhead handle and hinged cover with fastening latch, the stand with four bar supports, Amsterdam 1729-30, indistinct maker's mark, weight 42.9g, height 4.4cm. Provenance: the private collection of the late Guy and Sylvia Watkins.
