An Edwardian silver oval snuff box, the hinged lid engraved with foliate scrolls against an engine turned banded ground, Chester 1905 by George Nathan & Ridley Hayes, weight 101g, length 10cm, and a silver oval trinket box, the hinged lid mounted with a circular enamelled plaque of a bust portrait of a lady wearing a feathered bonnet, revealing a fitted interior, raised on scroll legs, Birmingham 1908 by Walker & Hall, weight 159.3g, length 11cm.
