A Swiss 18K gold cased keyless wind open-faced lady's fob watch with unsigned jewelled movement, the white enamelled dial with black Roman hour numerals and outer Arabic minutes, the gold inner case detailed 'Perrey Geneve Cylindre 10 Rubis', the case back enamelled with a cupid and butterfly and set with three seed pearls, the inner case interior and case back interior detailed 'K18', later converted for wear as a wristwatch, total weight 20.6g, case diameter 2.8cm.
