Contemporary green morocco, the covers with triple fillet gilt borders, spine gilt in six compartment with raised bands, lettered in the second compartment, the others with elaborate repeat decoration in gilt, g.e., gilt turn-ins (lightly bumped to extremities). - And twenty other literary volumes (including 'The Journals of Arnold Bennett', 3 vols., 1932, 8vo, dust-jackets, and some Thomas Hardy novels) (21).

Limited edition of 75 copies, this number 3, elephant folio, (611 x 448mm.) 8 original tinted etchings signed by Ann Brunskill each within a bifolium with accompanying poems by William Blake, D.H. Lawrence, William Drummond of Hawthornden from the Carmina Burana, Guillaume Apollinaire, Sappho and Brian Pattern. Unbound as issued and contained within original black cloth portfolio with ties (minor bumping to extremities).

RAPHAEL, Sanzio D'Urbino. An Analysis of the Picture of the Transfiguration. London: printed by Bensley and Son, for Robert Bowyer, 1817. Elephant folio (560 x 394mm.) 19 engraved plates. (Some spotting and browning, marginal tear without loss to one plate.) 20th century cloth (somewhat affected by damp, extremities bumped, endpapers replaced).

London: n.d. but circa 1797.] Elephant folio (592 x 444mm.) 13 stipple engraved plates. (Occasional minor marginal tears, some light spotting or browning.) Original paper-covered boards, onlaid title label to upper cover (extremities bumped and chipped, minor soiling). Note: it is likely that this series of plates was published to illustrate a folio edition of Milton's 'Paradise Lost' that was issued in parts.

Contemporary half-calf (extremities lightly bumped and scuffed). - And two other volumes relating to Scott bound to match (J.G. Note: Lipsius published three volumes of his letters ('Centuriae') during his lifetime; the other two were published after his death.
