A Japanese cloisonné rectangular box, Meiji period, the slightly domed hinge lid decorated with sparrows flying through prunus branches, the sides with paulownia sprays against a gilt whorl-filled dark blue ground, unsigned, length 16.5cm.

A Japanese Satsuma earthenware two-handled diminutive vase, Meiji period, the flattened oval body painted and gilt with scenes of rakan and tiger, reserved against borders of flowers and Shimazu mon, on a similarly decorated pedestal foot, gilt signature to base, height 9.4cm.

A Chinese famille rose Mandarin palette export porcelain bowl, Qianlong period, the exterior painted with opposing figural panels, divided by bird and landscape vignettes against an iron red and gilt 'Y' diaper ground, height 6.9cm, diameter 14.3cm (hairline crack to rim).

A Chinese green enamelled biscuit porcelain tea caddy, late Qing dynasty, of rectangular form, each side decorated in low relief with a shou medallion against a keyfret ground, with a carved and pierced hardwood cover, total height 14.1cm, printed paper retailer's label, detailed 'C.Y. Tse Antiques and Collectibles' to base. Provenance: from the estate of a Sussex gentleman.

A Japanese cast brown patinated bronze model of a tiger, Meiji/Taisho period, modelled standing with stripes in raised shallow relief, unsigned, length 31cm.

A Chinese puddingstone snuff bottle, late Qing dynasty, of spade form, the fossiliferous stone with pale brown, cream and grey pattern, height 6cm, with green jadeite stopper.

A Chinese famille rose export porcelain punchbowl, late Qianlong period, painted in the Mandarin palette with figural panels within underglaze blue floral borders, height 10.1cm, diameter 23cm, with a carved and pierced hardwood stand. Provenance: from the estate of a Sussex gentleman.

A Chinese Mughal style jade handled knife, probably 18th century, the pistol handle carved in low relief with foliate terminal, the stone of celadon tone, fitted with a silver ferrule and blade, total length 23cm, length of handle only 8.3cm. Provenance: from the estate of a Sussex gentleman.

A Chinese cinnabar lacquer snuff bottle, 20th century, of flattened ovoid form, carved with opposing scenes of figures in landscapes within keyfret borders, height 5.6cm. Provenance: from the estate of a Sussex gentleman.

A Chinese Canton famille rose hexagonal baluster vase, mid-19th century, painted and gilt with opposing figural panels within trellis borders, reserved against a ground of flowers and precious objects framing figures in landscape vignettes, the flared neck applied with a pair of blue, green and gilt Buddhistic lion and cub handles, above two pairs of chilong to shoulders, unmarked, height 41.7cm. Provenance: from the estate of a Sussex gentleman.

A Chinese carved rock crystal vase and cover, late Qing dynasty, the flattened body carved in low relief with pine branches above high relief lingzhi fungus, all below a pair of angular handles, incised keyfret rim and cover, height 11.2cm (missing finial and other inclusions and faults).

A collection of Chinese export porcelain, mostly 18th century, including five famille rose coffee cups, Qianlong period, painted and gilt with figural scenes, another with floral decoration, a miniature teabowl and saucer, Qianlong period, painted en grisaille and gilt with a missionary catechizing children, diameter of saucer 7cm, various famille rose, Imari and blue and white teabowls and saucers, a famille rose lid and a shaped dish, length 19.7cm (minor faults).

A Chinese polychrome painted carved wood and gesso figure of a seated official, probably 18th century, modelled wearing a long robe and hat, with painted detail, height 34.5cm, together with a smaller Chinese lacquered and carved wood figure of an official, height 26cm.

A Chinese hardwood tripod censer stand, late Qing dynasty, carved and pierced in the form of a lotus leaf, stems, flowers and pods, length 17.4cm, together with a collection of ten other Chinese hardwood circular stands, diameters ranging from 7.5cm to 23cm.

A pair of Chinese jade circular dishes, early 20th century, each centre carved in relief with a fish, the stone of spinach green tone with carboniferous inclusions, diameter 10.4cm (one with small rim repair).

A Chinese blue and white export porcelain oval basket and stand, early 19th century, each painted with a coastal landscape within pierced borders, lengths 26cm and 28cm, together with a similar smaller basket and stand, lengths 24.7cm and 24.4cm. Provenance: from the estate of a Sussex gentleman.

A Japanese iron and cloisonné enamelled square box and cover, Meiji period, the top applied with an enamelled floral and foliate panel, height 3.7cm, width 8.5cm.

A Chinese blue and white export porcelain meat dish, Qianlong period, of shaped oval outline, painted with two deer in a lakeside landscape with pine, bamboo and pavilion beyond, within a butterfly and foliate rim, length 31.8cm.

A Japanese 'clobbered' blue and white porcelain tokkuri (sake flask), Edo period, of slightly tapered square form, the shoulder painted in underglaze blue with a band of leafy karakusa scrolls, the sides painted with tree peonies, later embellished in iron red, green and gilt with further flowerheads, grasses and fence, unmarked, height 18.5cm.
