A Chinese wucai dragon and phoenix porcelain circular bowl, mark of Kangxi but probably late Qing dynasty or later, the exterior painted with a pair of dragons chasing flaming pearls, divided by a pair of phoenixes, the interior with dragon roundel, underglaze blue six-character mark within double ring to base, height 6.6cm, diameter 15.2cm.

A Chinese famille rose porcelain vase, late Qing dynasty, of slender baluster form, painted with a dignitary and attendants standing beside a screen, table and flowers with bat flying above, underglaze blue double ring to base, height 25.2cm.

A Chinese lime green glazed double gourd shaped vase, height 17.5cm.

A Japanese cloisonné vase by Hayashi Kodenji, Meiji period, the stout ovoid body decorated in silver and gold wire with a sparrow flying over chrysanthemums on a dark blue ground between a silver rim and footrim, wire inlaid lozenge shaped maker's mark and stamped mark to footrim, height 6.4cm. Note: Hayashi Kodenji (1831-1915) was one of the most influential cloisonné makers of his time. He set up an independent workshop in Nagoya in 1862 and remained at the forefront of cloisonné manufacture in the Nagoya region throughout his career.

A small Chinese hardwood low table, late Qing dynasty, the rectangular panelled top above a carved and pierced scroll apron, on short shouldered legs, length 51cm, height 29cm, bearing hand-written inscribed paper label to underside.

A pair of Japanese inlaid lacquer circular panels, early 20th century, each black ground inlaid in bone, wood and mother-of-pearl with a flower-charged basket, within a red lacquer frame, diameter 41cm, together with a pair of similarly inlaid circular panels, decorated with two doves and an eagle, within red lacquer frames, diameter 45.5cm (some faults).

A Chinese silk embroidered square panel, early 20th century, finely worked in muted tone threads with a crane and butterflies amidst fruiting vines on a cream ground, 57cm x 57cm, within a mahogany framed and glazed firescreen, height 86.2cm.

A collection of Chinese ceramics and works of art, 18th century and mostly later, including a blue and white Batavian ware saucer, Qianlong period, painted with a rabbit within floral band, diameter 11.6cm, a provincial blue and white bowl, diameter 14.2cm (hairline cracks), a bronze Buddha and a metal pagoda, height 58.5cm (some faults).

A Chinese hardwood tall stand, late 19th/early 20th century, the square top inset with a rouge marble panel above a scroll and foliate carved apron, the shouldered square legs united by an undertier and stretchers terminating in claw and ball feet, height 106.5cm, width of top 43.2cm.

A Tibetan brown patinated embossed copper panel, probably 20th century, decorated in relief with Mahakala clutching the Wheel of Life within a surround of Buddhistic deities, motifs and foliate roundels, above lines of Sanskrit script, 30cm x 26cm, framed.

A Japanese inlaid lacquer four-fold screen, early 20th century, each black ground inlaid in bone and ivory with sparrows amidst prunus and chrysanthemums, within red lacquer frames, height 91cm, total length 111cm (one fold detached), together with a Japanese inlaid lacquer three-fold screen, decorated with eagles in branches within carved frames, height 93.5cm.

A Japanese Imari porcelain circular bowl, Meiji period, painted and gilt with flowers and simulated brocade, diameter 24.3cm, together with a Japanese porcelain vase, painted and gilt with pine trees, height 32cm, and a smaller Japanese vase, painted with a pair of pheasants within iron red borders, height 12cm.

A Chinese blue and white porcelain bowl, 19th century, painted with figures, diameter 13.1cm (hairline crack to rim), together with a wood stand, a pair of Japanese Satsuma earthenware moonflasks, height 25.5cm (faults), and two Chinese porcelain cups and covers, late 20th century, printed with pandas, height 11.5cm.

A Chinese hardwood stand, late 19th/early 20th century, the lobed top inset with a rouge marble panel within a carved beaded border, the apron carved and pierced with prunus, on Buddhistic lion mask shouldered legs united by stretchers, height 38cm, width of top 37cm.

A Japanese Imari circular dish, Edo period, painted and gilt with central peony within a rim of iris and lattice panels, underglaze blue pseudo Chinese mark of Wanli to base, diameter 21.5cm.

A Japanese lacquer box and cover, Meiji period, of shaped outline, the top decorated with a gilt coastal landscape, the interior fitted with seven smaller interfitting boxes, length 28cm (some faults).

A collection of Chinese Canton export mother-of-pearl gaming counters, mid to late 19th century, with various shapes and decoration, comprising sixteen circular with incised and pierced decoration, diameter 3.6cm, eighty-two plain circular, fifty-seven smaller circular, four variously incised circular, four fish, seven variously incised rectangular, fifteen incised rectangular with pierced decoration and two similar rectangular (some faults).
