A pair of Japanese Chubei porcelain vases, Meiji period, each shouldered tapering body painted with butterflies and blossoming chrysanthemum branches on a pale blue 'shark skin' effect ground, black painted marks to base, height 18.7cm (one repaired), together with three Japanese Sumida ware vases, Meiji period, each decorated in relief with figures, heights 21.5cm, 20.3cm and 17.5cm (two repaired).

Two Japanese carved wood shop sign boards (kanban), Edo/Meiji period, the first carved in the form of a hat with incised and white coloured characters, height 36cm, the other with a Go board with incised black and white characters, height 34.3cm.

A Chinese polished bronze censer, mark of Xuande but probably Qing dynasty, of flared circular form with cast lion mask handles, cast six-character mark to base, height 6.9cm, diameter 13cm, weight 720.5g.

A Chinese hardwood altar table, early 20th century, the rectangular panelled top with curved ends, the frieze pierced and carved with masks and scrolls, on rectangular shouldered legs united by framed stretchers, length 106cm, depth 42cm, height 84cm.

A Chinese hardwood altar table, late 19th/early 20th century, the rectangular panelled top with curved ends terminating in carved scroll lingzhi, the carved and pierced scroll apron with flowers and tendrils, on shouldered plank legs carved in low relief with flowers and scrolls, length 119.5cm, depth 40.5cm, height 84.5cm.

A Chinese hardwood altar table, 20th century, the rectangular panelled top with scroll ends above a carved and pierced dragon and scroll frieze, on slightly outswept legs united by stretchers, height 84.5cm, length 123.5cm, depth 39.7cm.

A Chinese Cizhou red pottery jar, possibly Song dynasty, of stout ovoid form, decorated with cream glazed sgraffito flowers and scrolling leaves on an orange glazed ground with splashes of green, height 22.6cm.

A Chinese famille rose enamelled iron red ground porcelain circular dish, mark of Qianlong but 19th century, the interior painted with precious vessels, objects and flowers on an iron red keyfret ground, repeated on the underside, iron red enamelled six-character mark to base, diameter 36.5cm (two minor rim chips).

A Chinese silk embroidered fragment, probably Ming dynasty, worked in coloured and gilt thread with an immortal, approx 13cm x 9cm, framed. Provenance: property of a West Sussex private collector.

A collection of Chinese and Japanese ceramics, mostly 20th century, including two Chinese blue and white ginger jars, heights 11.5cm and 12.5cm, a Japanese bottle vase, painted with sparrows and flowers, height 30.5cm, and a Chinese Shekwan Mudman figure, height 19cm.

Two Indian carved stone heads of goddesses, possibly Parvati, each carved with hair ornament and earrings, heights 6.8cm, both later mounted on oak bookends.

A Chinese Kangxi style blue and white porcelain teapot and cover, mark of Jiajing but probably 20th century, the globular body painted with opposing figural panels, underglaze blue six-character mark to base, height 12cm.

A pair of Japanese mixed metal inlaid brown patinated bronze bottle vases, Meiji period, each ovoid body and slightly flared narrow neck decorated in relief with sparrows flying above blossoming prunus branches and chrysanthemums, picked out in gilt and silver, height 29.8cm.
