An early 20th century Fabergé silver gilt, two-colour gold and blue enamelled buckle of slightly curved lozenge form, the front with light blue guilloché enamelled decoration, applied with four two-colour gold floral and foliate motifs, struck with various marks including, Cyrillic maker's mark, 'H.W' workmaster's mark of Henrik Wigström and '88' standard kokoshnik mark, length 6.8cm, width 4.2cm, weight 39.7g, within its original Fabergé holly case. Note: accompanied by a handwritten card stating that the buckle was given by the Grand Duchess Vladimir of Russia as a golf prize in 1907.
