A Minton's canted corner rectangular pâte-sur-pâte plaque, circa 1856, decorated by Birks, signed, with a cherub tangled in leafy tendrils surrounded by scattered rosebuds, against a black ground, impressed marks to reverse, length approx 9cm (minor chip to reverse edge).
