A Michael Cardew red earthenware Winchombe Pottery inscribed jug, circa 1935, the swollen green glazed body with the verse 'Take not from me all my store except thou fill me up some more for aye to borrow and never pay I do protest is not fair play', impressed personal and Winchcombe seal marks to base, height approx 20cm.
