A 1914-15 Star, British War Medal and Victory Medal, all with impressed naming to 'Lt. Commr. H. Phillips R.N.R.', with memorial plaque to 'Harold Phillips', mounted in mahogany frame with provision for medals beneath, together with a photograph of an R.N.R. officer and an ivory cheroot holder.
