LOT 1110
A brass cased marine chronometer, circa 1830-40, the silvered dial with Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds and 56 hour up/down ring, inscribed 'Arnold & Dent, 84 Strand, London, No. 1064', the chain fusee movement with cut bimetallic balance and blued steel helical balance spring, dial diameter approx 9cm, later mounted within a mahogany mantel case.
