A Victorian 1856 pattern Royal Engineers officer's sword by Mann & Son Edinburgh with slightly curved single-edged blade, length approx 81cm, etched with VR cypher, Royal arms, grenade and foliate scrolls, gunmetal honeysuckle hilt with wire-bound fishskin-covered grip, in its black painted steel scabbard.
