A George III mahogany bracket clock case and dial with later brass eight day cylinder movement, the brass break arch dial with a silvered strike/silent indicator above a silvered chapter ring framing a matt centre with date aperture and inscribed 'William Clayton London', the case with brass handle and caddy top above pierced fret panels on a plinth base and bracket feet, height approx 49cm, with pendulum and winder.
