An Edward VII officer's sword with straight dumbbell section blade, length approx 83cm, gunmetal gothic hilt with wire bound fishskin covered grip, in its plated steel scabbard (surface rust overall), together with biographical details and three copies of childhood photographs of Donald Winterton, the son of the original owner of the sword, John Laurence Winterton.
