A Victorian mahogany specimen cabinet, containing a collection of approximately 320 biological microscope slides, the moulded pediment above a panelled door revealing twenty six drawers, on a moulded plinth base, detailed 'W. Watson & Sons, 313 High Holborn, London', height approx 38.5cm, the slides including human bone and organs, animal samples, insects and reptiles, the majority applied with inscribed paper labels, including 'E. Wheeler', 'Smith, Beck & Beck', 'W. Watson & Sons', 'C. Collins', 'C.M. Topping' and 'J.D. Moller'.
