A late 19th Century French gilt brass mantel clock with eight day movement striking on a bell, the white enamel dial with Roman numerals and inscribed 'Hry Marc A Paris', the backplate inscribed 'E & E Emanuel, The Hard, Portsea, by Appointment to the Queen', the case with classical urn surmount above four griffin mask foliate supports terminating in talon feet on an inverted bowfront base, height approx 35cm, together with pendulum (one foot lacking and faults).
