A Sarreguemines majolica hanging jardinière, late 19th Century, the circular cobalt blue glazed body moulded in high relief with green glazed entwined foliage between brown glazed borders and the pink glazed rim, the interior with turquoise glaze, hung on three gilt chains with foliate terminals suspended from a cast metal roundel with acanthus terminal, impressed factory marks to interior with shape No. '371', diameter approx 35cm (base terminal of jardinière replaced).
