An 1803 pattern infantry officer's sword by J. Runkel, Solingen, with curved single edged blade, blade length approx 81cm, etched with crowned GR cypher, royal arms, flowers, sun etc (some traces of gilt), brass hilt incorporating GR to knuckle bow, lion's head pommel, wire bound fishskin covered grip.
