LOT 1028
An 18th Century and later oak longcase clock, with eight day movement striking on a bell, the square brass dial with subsidiary seconds, engraved floral centre and inscribed 'J. Cole, Strand, London 1729', within a chapter ring with Roman numerals, cornered by putti, crown and foliate scroll spandrels, the glazed hood and case later carved with figures, birds and flowers on a plinth base, height approx 200cm, together with pendulum and two weights (faults and alterations).
