LOT 1113
A late 19th Century French onyx and ormolu mounted mantel clock with eight day movement striking on a gong, the backplate stamped with 'Japy Frères' maker's mark, the dial with applied enamel Arabic hours, the case with dome top and foliate scroll moulded carry handle above turned and foliate finials, the front cornered with applied fleur-de-lis on a rectangular plinth and egg and dart moulded ormolu bracket feet, height approx 37cm, with pendulum, together with a pair of matched gilt metal and onyx twin branch candelabra (some faults).
