A George III oak longcase clock with eight day movement striking on a bell, the brass break arch dial with silvered boss to arch inscribed 'Edn. Webb, Bristol', above a silvered chapter ring framing a matt centre with subsidiary seconds and date aperture, all cornered with cast and pierced gilt foliate scroll spandrels, the flat top hood with moulded pediment, glazed door and turned columns, above a rectangular trunk door, plain base and bracket feet, height approx 223cm, with pendulum and two weights (restoration).
