LOT 1125
A mid to late 19th Century French ormolu and porcelain mantel clock with eight day movement striking on a bell via an outside countwheel, the dark blue globe shaped case with gilt Roman numerals and inscribed 'Hry Marc Paris', surmounted with a seated Cupid and flanked by flower wreaths, supported by a scrolling cloud column, on an oval base applied with four frolicking putti, above a pair of porcelain panels painted with Cupids on a blue ground, flanked by foliate scroll supports forming the apron and feet, height approx 30.5cm (minor faults).
