A .577 Snider Enfield breech loading rifle with approx 92.5cm barrel, barleycorn front sight, ladder rearsight (bed only), late type action with release catch, plain lock, full stocked, chequered at hand and fore-end (probably a replacement from a target rifle, cracked behind lock), steel furniture, including two barrel bands and four sling swivels (lightly rusted overall), with a steel ramrod.
