A George V 1897 pattern Indian Army officer's sword by Wilkinson, number 60474 (for 1925), with straight dumbbell section blade, etched 'R.B. Seed.', length approx 82.5cm, nickel plated hilt with crowned 'GRI', wire bound fishskin covered grip with leather knot, in its leather covered field service scabbard (hilt plating lifting, blade lightly rusted). Note also: Lot 885, group of medals to Major R.B. Seed, Indian Army.
