A set of four Minton bone china dessert plates and a matching cake stand, circa 1863-1865, each finely painted with a study of a different exotic bird perched on a blossoming branch, against a pale celadon ground, within gilt overlaid edge rims, impressed factory mark, red painted pattern number 'A6850' and puce printed registration lozenge to bases, diameter approx 24cm (cake stand with hairline to one foot).
