A late 19th Century French gilt metal mounted green tortoiseshell boulle cased mantel clock with eight day movement striking on a bell, the back plate stamped 'H. Bright, Leamington', the embossed circular dial inset with enamel hour plaques with blue Roman numerals and enamel minute plaques with black Arabic numerals, the balloon shaped case with brass foliate scroll decoration, surmounted with a gilt metal seated putto above scroll mounts and legs, height approx 43cm, with pendulum and winding key.
