A 19th Century mahogany longcase clock with eight day movement striking on a bell, the painted break arch dial with Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds, date aperture and indistinctly signed, beneath a scene of Daniel in the lion's den to arch, the hood with swan neck pediment above glazed door flanked by carved and turned columns, the crossbanded trunk with rectangular door and similarly decorated columns, on a geometric band inlaid base and ogee bracket feet, height approx 236cm, with pendulum, two weights and winder (lacking bell).
