A late 19th Century French lacquered brass cased carriage clock with eight day movement repeating on a gong, the back plate with maker's stamp of Margaine, the silvered dial with matt gilt chapter ring pierced to display black Arabic numerals, the glazed case with reeded swing handle and canted corners, on bracket feet, height approx 18.5cm, with winding key.
